Palletizing

MAVITEC develops automated palletizing installations with anthropomorphic robots for all types of products and whatever their sector. Boxes, sacks, shrink-wrapped packages, coils, wood derivatives, and whatever your product is and needs to be palletized, any pallet format, production or configuration required.

We offer all possible configuration options to find your best location and product flow within your factory. We offer solutions with one or multiple inputs and one or multiple outputs, either with pallets directly on the floor or with conveyors.

For this purpose, we design and manufacture robot grippers tailored to the product to be palletized, as well as multiple grippers to pick up the product to be palletized, as well as empty pallets or intermediate cardboard sheets.

Packing and Handling

MAVITEC develops automatic packing and handling installations for all types of products and all sectors. From bags, jars, cases, cosmetic products, chemical products, plastic materials, from the food sector or the chemical sector, through the pharmaceutical sector or the agricultural sector.

We also develop installations with robots to automate those repetitive or dangerous handling processes for the operator.

Mainly with anthropomorphic robots, we design compact packing cells, easy to handle and with the possibility of working with different formats. We design and manufacture robot grippers tailored to the product to fit or manipulate.
